Limited number of rooms available. We strongly encourage participants to reserve early to insure a room in their desired category. No reservations will be confirmed without a form of deposit.
Idaho State Tax of 13.4 % must be added to all rates shown above (subject to change)
Room Category Availability: Room categories are based on availability on the date the request is received. Should a category be sold out for the dates requested, your room reservations will automatically be confirmed in the next available category. Hotel reservations CANNOT be confirmed by phone.
Special Requests: Special requests will be forwarded to the hotel by HTC. The hotel confirms or denies special requests. Requests are NOT guaranteed by HTC, A+MD, or the hotel. State law prohibits more than 4 persons per room.
Parking Rates: (subject to change)
Guests: $17.00 self-park / $22.00 valet per 24 hour day.
Non Guests: Daily self-parking / First 3 hours free...$5.00 for the 4th hour and $1.00 for each ½ hour after that.
Deadline Date: The discounted conference rate will be available until April 1, 2018 or until the contracted room block sells out. Any reservation received after this date cannot be assured a room in their desired category OR the group rate.
A one (1) night room & tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date the hotel will automatically charge a second night deposit. At that time both of the deposits charged become non-refundable. Also at that time, any reduction of the total room nights reserved or a cancellation will be charged in full.

Change Policy: Any change made to a reservation after the initial confirmation is subject to a $25 administrative fee. Any change in the total room nights reserved will have a penalty. All changes must be done in writing to HTC. Send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The United Airlines Authorization Number is coming soon.
